  CVT-11127 (1 μM, 48 h) shows antiproliferation activity in H460 cells. CVT-11127 (1 μM, 48 h) decreases the the population of cells in S-phase by 75%. CVT-11127 (1 μM, 48 h) induces apoposis in H460 cells. CVT-11127 (1, 2 μM) inhibitors the SCD (stearoylCoA desaturase) activity in H460 cells. Cell Proliferation Assay Cell line: H460 cells. Concentration: 1 μM. Incubation time: 48 h. Result: Showed antiproliferation activity. Cell Cycle Analysis Cell line: H460 cells. Concentration: 1 μM. Incubation time: 48 h. Result: Decreased the the population of cells in S-phase by 75%. Apoptosis Analysis Cell line: H460 cells. Concentration: 1 μM. Incubation time: 24 h. Result: Induced apoposis H460 cells.
