In Vivo
CRA-026440 hydrochloride (100 mg/kg; intravenous injection; daily; three consecutive days) resulted in a significant decrease in tumor growth in mice carrying HCT116 or U937 human tumor xenografts.
In Vitro
CRA-026440 hydrochloride exhibits anti-proliferation effect on HUVEC endothelial cells with GI50 of 1.41 μM. CRA-026440 hydrochloride leads to the accumulation of acetylated histone and acetylated tubulin, thus inhibiting the growth of tumor cells and inducing cell apoptosis. CRA-026440 hydrochloride inhibits angiogenesis in vitro in a dose-dependent manner.
