Description

Coenzyme Q0 (CoQ0), an orally active ubiquinone, induces apoptosis and autophagy by suppressing HER-2/AKT/mTOR signaling. It also modulates NF-κB/AP-1 and stabilizes Nrf2 to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, while its anti-angiogenic action involves downregulating MMP-9 and upregulating HO-1.
