CID 5951923 (10 μM) inhibits the proliferation of cancer cell lines mainly in highly expressing KLF5 cells. CID 5951923 (0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 100 μM) inhibits proliferation of DLD-1 cells in a dose-dependent manner. CID 5951923 (10 μM) significantly decreases endogenous KLF5 levels in the DLD-1 cells, downregulates EGR1, and increases phosphorylation levels of pEGFFpY1068.
