Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  In Hep3B-derived TS cells, Chromeceptin (5 µM) inhibits IGF2 expression in a time-dependent manner. Chromeceptin suppresses IGF-2 expression at mRNA and protein levels in HCC cells.
