  Animal model: MC38 cell xenograft model. Dosage: 5 mg/kg. Administration: i.p. , on days 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. Result: Reduced umor volume and weight. Reduced tumor cell density (H&E). Inhibited the expression of cancer stemness marker LGR5 in the tumor tissue, as well as the expression levels of LGR5 and SOX2.
