Presented in phosphate buffered saline pH 7.5. ; Inactivation: Heat treatment and sonication. Inactivity is confirmed by attempted growth under original culture conditions. Since no procedure can guarantee absolute sterility, the reagent should be handled with appropriate safety precautions.
