  In CT-26 xenografted mouse models, CDK8-IN-11 (10 and 40 mg/kg, p.o) inhibited tumor growth.
• In Vitro:
  Cdk8-in-11 has a strong selective inhibitory activity against CDK8 with IC50 of 46 nM. CDK8-IN-11 (0-50 μM, 48 h) inhibited the proliferation of HCT-116, HHT-29, SW480, CT-26 and GES-1 cells with IC50 values of 1.2, 0.7, 2.4, 5.5 and 62.7 nM, respectively.
