Description

This potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Chk2 (IC50 = 3 nM) demonstrates over 63-fold selectivity versus Chk1 and 84 other kinases. It effectively blocks Chk2 activation and downstream signaling in cellular models, as shown by its inhibition of etoposide-induced Chk2 activation in HT29 cells and suppression of radiation-induced apoptosis in mouse thymocytes.
