Description

CBR-5884 is a selective, time-dependent, noncompetitive inhibitor of phosphoglycerate dehydrogenase (PHGDH) with an IC50 of 33 µM. It disrupts PHGDH oligomerization, suppresses de novo serine synthesis, and demonstrates selective anti-proliferative activity in high-serine-biosynthesis cancer models like melanoma and breast cancer in vitro.
