• In Vitro:
  Treatment of J-LAT A1 and A2 cells with CBL 0100 free base (0.1 μM) resulted in a decrease in both the GFP+ cell population and the GFP mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) in J-LAT A1 and A2 cells without any cytotoxicity.
