  Caryatin (0-266 μM; 3 or 4 d) shows antitumor activity in JB6 cells. Cell Viability Assay Cell line: JB6 cells. Concentration: 0-266 μM. Incubation time: 3 or 4 days. Result: Inhibited JB6 cell growth with IC50 value of 8.35 μM.
