C-Kit-IN-8 (Compound 53) is a c-Kit kinase inhibitor with an IC50 >1 μM against uKIT. It also suppresses proliferation of wild-type and mutant GIST430 and BaF3 cancer cell lines with IC50 values >0.1 μM. This inhibitor is a useful research tool for studying c-Kit-dependent signaling in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and hematological cancers in vitro.
