c-Kit-IN-13 is a highly potent c-Kit inhibitor that significantly inhibits the autophosphorylation activity of wild-type c-Kit. c-Kit-IN-13 has an IC₅₀ of 0.3 nM against phosphorylated KIT (pKIT) and exhibits equally potent inhibitory activity against the Exon 11 mutant KIT, with an IC₅₀ of 0.9 nM. c-Kit-IN-13 exerts its effects by inhibiting the KIT signaling pathway and has potential applications in the study of mast cell-mediated diseases (such as urticaria) and related inflammatory and neoplastic mechanisms.
