BML-286 (Compound 3289-8625) inhibits the Wnt signaling pathway by binding to the PDZ structural domain of Dishevelled (Dvl) protein (Kd = 10.6 μM). In addition, BML-286 blocked Wnt3a-induced transcriptional activity and effectively inhibited the growth of Wnt pathway-dependent prostate cancer PC-3 cells in vitro (IC50 = 12.5 μM).
