• In Vivo:
  Administration of BAP1-IN-1 (50 mg/kg/day for 4 weeks) to mice by intravenous injection was effective in slowing down the progression of ASXL1 mutant leukemia and enhancing the survival rate of mice.

  After 24 h treatment at a concentration of 0.1 μM, BAP1-IN-1 significantly affected BAP1-WT cells, altering the expression levels of 240 genes in them. Only 33 transcripts were affected in BAP1-KO cells.The changes in gene expression induced by BAP1-IN-1 were largely dependent on the functional status of the BAP1 protein.
