  In the HCT-116 xenograft mouse model, ATG7-IN-3 (150 mg/kg, administered subcutaneously) modulates the autophagic markers LC3B and NBR1 .

  ATG7-IN-3 exhibits inhibitory activity against ATG7 with an IC50 of 0.048 μM . In glioma H4 cells, ATG7-IN-3 inhibits endogenous LC3B puncta formation with an IC50 of 0.938 μM . In SKOV-3 cells, ATG7-IN-3 induces p62 accumulation with an EC50 value of 3.0 μM .
