Description

Antitumor agent-210 (Compound 1778) acts as an NK cell activator. It weakly enhances the proliferation of NK 92 cells and significantly boosts their activation and degranulation, thereby increasing their ability to kill tumor cells. Additionally, Antitumor agent-210 stimulates the release of cytokines granzyme B, perforin, and IFN-γ. It also reduces the number of metastatic lesions in mouse lungs and can be utilized in studies of melanoma lung metastasis.
