Antifungal agent 72 (Compound B8) is a potent Pdr1-KIX interaction disruptor (K i: 11.7 µM) that inhibits efflux pumps and downregulates resistance genes. It is effective against Fluconazole-resistant Candida glabrata (MIC 63 ng/mL) and shows synergistic action with Fluconazole in vitro, supporting research into novel antifungal strategies.
