Anticanceragent 304 is an anticancer agent that binds to CDC45 with a Kd of 83.0 μM. It induces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase in liver cancer cells by upregulating C-PARP-1 and downregulating PARP-1 and BCL-2, leading to apoptosis (Apoptosis). Additionally, it inhibits migration, invasion, and proliferation of liver cancer cells. In animal models of hepatocellular carcinoma, Anticanceragent 304 effectively suppresses tumor growth and can be utilized for research related to liver cancer.
