Anticancer agent 296

SKU: orb3210145

Description

Anticanceragent 296 is an anticancer compound that activates the PERK-eIF2α-CHOP signaling pathway, inducing endoplasmic reticulum stress and subsequently regulating caspase and Bcl-2 family proteins, ultimately leading to apoptosis (apoptosis). It increases reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, decreases mitochondrial membrane potential, and promotes Ca2+ release. Additionally, Anticanceragent 296 inhibits cell colony formation and S-phase cell proliferation while inducing autophagy (autophagy). This compound is applicable in research related to non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
