Anticancer agent 277

SKU: orb3173198

Description

Anticanceragent 277 (Compound 4a) is a potent anticancer agent with cytotoxic activity against cancer cells. It notably inhibits the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells by blocking the S phase and G2/M phase of the cell cycle. Additionally, it induces apoptosis through the generation of ROS and the upregulation of apoptosis-related proteins. In xenograft mouse models with HepG2 cells, Anticanceragent 277 effectively suppresses tumor growth.
