Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human CA9 mAb (orb1173999). (A) orb1173999 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express CA9. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1173999 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CA9-expressing 8226 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1173999 to CA9. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
