Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Ansamitocin p-3 inhibit the proliferation in a concentration dependent manner with IC50 of 20, 50, 140, and 150 pM for MCF-7, HeLa, EMT-6/AR1, and MDA-MB-231 cells in culture, respectively Ansamitocin P3 binds to purified tubulin (KD = 1.3 µM.
