AMP423 is a naphthyl-substituted 2-cyanoaziridine-1-carboxamide analog of imexon. It demonstrated significant anti-tumor activity in SCID mouse models of myeloma and B-cell lymphoma, causing tumor growth delay and inhibition, without exhibiting myelosuppressive effects in non-tumor-bearing mice.
