Description

Ac-YVAD-AFC is a fluorogenic substrate for caspase-1 detection. Upon enzymatic cleavage, it releases the fluorophore AFC, which can be monitored at 400/505 nm (Ex/Em). This reagent is widely used in vitro for studying inflammasome activation and pyroptosis in immunology and cell death research.
