Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  8-Epiloganin showed anti-fatigue activity in mice.
• In Vitro:
  8-Epiloganin(25-200 μM,12h) inhibited the expression of COX-2 and iNOS in RAW264.7 macrophages induced by LPS, thereby inhibiting the production of COX-2-derived PGE2 and iNOS derived NO.
