Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  A study of the in vivo metabolism of 8-azaguanine-2-C 14 by mouse neoplasms that are susceptible or resistant to growth inhibition by 8-azagnanine have been reported. The results show that the growth of those neoplasms which convert significant amounts of 8-azaguanine to 8-azaguanylic acid is inhibited by 8-azaguanine.
