Description

ROX Reference Dye is commonly used on real-time PCR instruments from ABI, Stratagene, and other manufacturers to normalize well-to-well variations caused by pipetting and sample loading errors. This high-concentration ROX formulation is optimized for platforms requiring a High ROX reference dye, including the Applied Biosystems 5700, 7000, 7300, 7700, 7900, 7900HT, 7900HT Fast, StepOne™, and StepOnePlus™ qPCR systems. The dye is supplied dissolved in a buffer containing 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 0.1 mM EDTA, and 0.01% Tween-20.
