Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Ovalbumin [Hen Egg White]. Cross reactivity against Ovalbumin from other sources is unknown.

Storage & Handling

• Storage: Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Western Blot of Rabbit anti-OVALBUMIN (Hen Egg White) antibody. Lane 1: Reduced Ovalbumin. Load: 50 ng. Primary antibody: Ovalbumin antibody at 1:1000 overnight at 4°C. Secondary antibody: Peroxidase rabbit secondary antibody (p/n orb347654) at 1:40000 for 30 min at RT. Block: Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blotting (p/n orb348637) for 30 min at RT. Predicted/Observed size: 45 kDa, 45 kDa for Ovalbumin.
