Application notes | Further information: Immunohistochemistry: LS-B3051 was validated for use in immunohistochemistry on a panel of 21 formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) human tissues after heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen. The stained slides were evaluated by a pathologist to confirm staining specificity. The optimal working concentration for LS-B3051 was determined to be 10 ug/ml. |
Expiration Date | 12 months from date of receipt. |
IF (ICC) notes: ICC/IF analysis of NFATc1 in HaLe cells. The cell was stained with NFATc1 antibody (1:100). The secondary antibody (green) was used Alexa Fluor 488. DAPI was stained the cell nucleus (blue).
The cell lysates (20ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human NFATc1 antibody (1:1000).
