Immunogen | MIP-3 alpha antibody is produced in mice using highly pure (>98%) recombinant human MIP- 3alpha as the immunizing antigen. |
UniProt ID | P78556 |
Tested applications | ELISA, NeA, WB |
Application notes | Neutralization:To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of mIL-10 (0.5 ng/mL), a concentration of 3.0-5.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required.ELISA:In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 1600 pg/mL of recombinant murine IL-10 when used with our biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine IL-10 (XP-5162Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. Western blot:To detect mIL-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-10 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions. |
