25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell extracts was loaded onto a 6-18% SDS-PAGE gel. 1 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment. Recognizes isoform 2 at ~70 kDa in these samples which do not appear to express isoform 1 at 112 kDa.

25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell or tissue extracts was loaded onto a 6-18% SDS-PAGE gel. 3 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment. The peptide sequence is present in an isoform at 69 kDa and a shorter isoform present at 48 kDa.
