Western blot analysis of GZMB Antibody in HL-60 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane)
GZMB Antibody IHC analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human Lymph tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.
Flow cytometric analysis of HL-60 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
Western blot analysis of GZMB using rabbit polyclonal GZMB Antibody using 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected (Lane 2) with the GZMB gene.
