Western Blot of anti-GST antibody. Lane 1: GST recombinant protein (p/n orb345956). Lane 2: HeLa cell lysates expressing recombinant GST protein (p/n orb348668/orb345956). Load: 0.1 µg per lane. Primary antibody: GST antibody at 1.0 µg/ml for 1 h at room temperature. Secondary antibody: IRDye800™ goat anti-mouse secondary antibody at 1:5000 for 45 min at RT. Block: 5% BLOTTO (p/n orb348624) overnight at 4°C. Other band(s): none.
