Groenlandicine selectively induces topoisomerase I-mediated DNA cleavage;Groenlandicine may be a promising anti-Alzheimer's disease agent due to its potent inhibitory activity of both ChEs and beta-amyloids formation, as well as marked ONOO(-) scavenging and good ROS inhibitory capacities.
