  Anti-Golden Syrian Hamster IgG Biotin Conjugation has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 ug of Hamster IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:15,000 to 1:60,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for Anti-Golden Syrian Hamster IgG. Reconstitution Buffer: Restore with deionized water (or equivalent). Reconstitution Volume: 1.0 mL

ELISA Results of Purified Rabbit Anti-Golden Syrian Hamster IgG Antibody Biotin Conjugated tested against purified Golden Syrian Hamster IgG Biotin. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Golden Syrian Hamster IgG (p/n orb2652759). The working dilution is 1:57000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP Conjugation Stabilizer, Streptavidin-HRP conjugated (p/n orb348767), and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
