25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell or tissue extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 1 ug/mL of the antibody was used in this experiment. Several isoforms contain this peptide sequence from 43 kDa to 57 kDa and the protein may be phosphorylated and/or sumoylated.
