Western blot analysis in RD cell line and mouse skeletal muscle, rat skeletal muscle lysates (35 ug/lane).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma reacted with ENOB Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining.
