  Anti-Carbonic anhydrase I Biotin Antibody has been tested by ELISA and western blot. This product is assayed against 1.0 ug of Carbonic Anhydrase I in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) code as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Specific conditions should be optimized by researcher. Reconstitution Buffer: Restore with deionized water (or equivalent). Reconstitution Volume: 100 µL

ELISA Results of Goat Anti-Carbonic Anhydrase I Antibody Biotin Conjugated tested against purified Carbonic Anhydrase I Biotin. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Carbonic Anhydrase I. The working dilution is 1:6900. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using HRP Conjugate Stabilizer, Streptavidin-HRP conjugated (p/n orb348767), and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
