Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  The antitumor activity of Benufutamab (0.5 mg/ kg-10 mg/kg, intravenously administered once a week) was confirmed in models of colorectal, pancreatic, gastric, NSCLC, and melanoma cell lines, showing significant antitumor activity.
• In Vitro:
  Benufutamab (20 μg/mL, 24h) induced cytotoxicity in primary multiple myeloma (MM) cells with a median cell killing rate of 36%.
