Bioactivity

In Vivo
Azimilide has shown excellent efficacy (>85%) in suppressing supraventricular arrhythmias in a variety of dog models. It also suppressed complex ventricular arrhythmias in infarcted dogs and, in a sudden death cardiac model, decreased mortality.
