Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  In the mouse tumor model, at the end of 14 days, Apicidin (5 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, once daily) significantly inhibited tumor growth by up to 46% compared to the control group.
• In Vitro:
  Apicidin (0.1-10 μM, 24 h) inhibits the viability of AT-84 cells in a dose-dependent manner, with concentrations ≥1 μM leading to a significant decrease in viability.
