Separation of K562 cells stained using anti-human Cyclin B1 (V152) PE antibody (10 μl reagent per million cells in 100 μl of cell suspension, red-filled) from K562 cells stained using mouse IgG1 isotype control (MOPC-21) APC antibody (concentration in sample 6 μg/ml, same as Cyclin B1 PE concentration, black-dashed) in flow cytometry analysis (intracellular staining) of K562 cell suspension.
