Bioactivity

In Vitro
AI-10-47 (10 μM) weakly inhibits CBFβ-RUNX binding. AI-10-47 significantly inhibits ME-1, TUR, M0-91, THP-1 and U937 cell growth. Western blot analysis. Cell line: 4 x 106 SEM cells. Concentration: 10 μM. Incubation time: 6 h. Result: Weakly reduced CBFβ binding to RUNX1 in cells (may due to its poor solubility).
