Bioactivity

  Within the cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS) method, the CFPS solutions accumulate modified soluble super-folder green fluorescent protein (sfGFP) at concentrations ranging from 0.9 to 1.7 mg/mL, including either 4-Azido-L-phenylalanine or p-propargyloxy-l-phenylalanine (pPaF).
