Bioactivity

• In Vivo:
  METHODS: (Z)-SU14813 was evaluated in mouse tumor efficacy studies in C6 rat glioma (20, 40 mg/kg) and MV4 11 human AML (10, 20, 40 mg/kg) mouse models. RESULTS: (Z)-SU14813 treatment of C6 rat glioma model mice was sufficient to produce complete anti-tumor efficacy; (Z)-SU14813 treatment of MV4 11 human AML model increased mouse survival time from 23 days to 42 days.
