Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  The inhibitory potency of the synthesized compounds against the Wnt signaling pathway was determined using the Wnt-HEK293 luciferase gene reporter assay that was described previously. Compound YW2036 (1a) had an IC50 value of 2.2 nM.
