Description

TRPV1-Tat is a cell-permeable peptide antagonist of the TRPV1 ion channel, derived from its AKAP-binding domain. At 200 µM, it inhibits heat- or PMA-induced currents in mouse DRG neurons in vitro, and at 10-30 µM, it increases mechanical pain thresholds in rat hind paws in vivo, supporting pain research.
