Bioactivity

• In Vitro:
  Terflavoxate showed affinity for bladder (and brain) muscarinic receptors at micromolar level. Terflavoxate could inhibiting the two components of K(+)-induced contractions. Present results suggest that Ca(++)-antagonistic effects are mainly responsible for terflavoxate smooth muscle relaxant properties.
